5. Usage of Services
If the service required by you necessitates the entry of service providers into your premises, You must ensure the active supervision of the service providers. Carry India will be unable to provide services in the absence of any supervisors appointed by You at the service address.
If you have any questions or complaints regarding the services rendered, you may revert to us within the time specified for the category of services availed. Depending on the category of service availed, Carry India will provide You with the appropriate recourse to address your concerns.
All invoices and payments due to Carry India must be cleared immediately upon completion of the task or on the submission of the invoice, whichever is earlier.
You are requested not to solicit the services of the service provider. Carry India will not be responsible for any acts, omissions, service quality of the service provider if You have engaged the services of such service provider without reference to us.
6. Terms & Conditions for use of Service Providers or Technicians
The following Terms & Conditions shall apply to customers utilizing the Services offered by the Company for the hiring of Service Providers or Technicians:
The customer shall pay the service or labor cost, visit or transportation cost (if applicable), item cost (if applicable), convenience cost (if applicable) and any fee or levy presently payable or hereinafter imposed by the law or required to be paid for availing of the Local Services.
The customer shall ensure that he/she will not indulge in any of the following activities:
Misusing, soiling, or damaging any of the devices (technical/non-technical) of the Service Provider or Technician.
Asking the Service Provider or Technician to break any government rules for any purpose. The Service Provider or Technician has the right to refuse such a request by the customer. The Service Provider or Technician also has the right to refuse such work or leave such customer's house.
Misusing the Service or the Software for unlawful purposes or for causing a nuisance, annoyance, or inconvenience.
Sharing of confidential information such as your password, etc.
The customer agrees and acknowledges that the use of the Services offered by Company is at the sole risk of the customer and that Company disclaims all representations and warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied as to condition, suitability, quality, merchantability and fitness for any purposes are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The Company has the right to use the customer contact information for its own marketing purposes. The Company may send regular SMS updates to the mobile numbers registered with it and email updates to the email address registered with it.
The above-mentioned terms and conditions of use and/or Agreement and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between the User(s) and Carry India with respect to access to and use of the website and the Services offered by Carry India, superseding any prior written or oral agreements in relation to the same subject matter herein.

The materials on Carry India website are provided "as is". Carry India makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. 12. Payment and Refunds :
All payments should be done only after full satisfaction of the work completed. Carry India or its worker is not responsible for a refund if the problem repeats after the worker leaves home. The customer is to check the problem with due diligence in the worker's presence. There might be cases when the worker gives a warranty for the work done. Such cases are invalid without a written communication from the company.
All fees collected at the location for the requirement/job orders are inclusive of all taxes. The customers will be informed of payments for which the invoices are sent and service tax will be included in the invoice sent.
The amount is non-refundable. However, if there are issues with work or the worker, the company will duly enquire about the incident and the customer will be duly informed of the developments. Necessary Service Taxes will be applicable at the time of refund. Refunds usually take 3-4 business days.
13 . Appliances : Electricals :
Warranty/guarantee on spare parts would be as described on the materials' bill. Please insist on a material bill from our vendor Expert in case he is procuring the materials for you.
Any appliance which is repairable would be insured only up to the repair amount or the amount mentioned above or the depreciated value'.
We do not undertake any repairs related to the printed circuit board (PCB) neither will we be able to provide any warranty for the same.
We strongly discourage any direct contact with our vendor Expert regarding a job booked through us, as in such cases Carry India has no control over the situation or condition.
